Return & Replacement Policy
We only accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:
● The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or of the wrong size (not matching your order).
Return Eligibility Conditions:
● Must be reported within 24 hours of parcel delivery.
● A 360° unboxing video is mandatory and must:
○ Be unedited, uncut, and uninterrupted
○ Start from the moment the parcel is unopened
○ Clearly show the address label
○ Clearly highlight the damage or issue with adequate lighting
● Item must be:
○ Unused, unwashed, and unworn
○ In its original packaging with all tags intact
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Eligible Conditions:
● Minor issues like loose threads
● Color variations due to lighting or photography
● Items that have been altered, worn, or mishandled
● Custom-made or personalized items
Return & Replacement Process

- Submit the required 360° unboxing video and photos.
- Wait for approval from our team before sending the item.
- You must ship the product to us—we do not offer return pickup.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with a free replacement.
Replacement Delivery Timeline:
● If the claim is approved, your free replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
● Delivery of the replacement product will be completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered products unless:
● We are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability.
In such cases:
● A full refund will be processed and credited via the original payment method within 1–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
● Orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.
● Cancellations are only allowed if the product is out of stock or unavailable from our end.
Important Notes
● Returns without approval or without the required video proof will not be accepted.
● Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
● Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
